We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to all facets of Human Resources, including recruiting, onboarding, employee support, benefits administration, HR operations, payroll support, compliance, and special projects.
Working closely with our HR Business Partner, VP of Human Resources, and Recruiting team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a positive employee experience while helping keep our HR processes running smoothly.

What You'll Do
HR Administration & Employee Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation.
- Prepare employment-related documents, including offer letters, onboarding paperwork, and employee communications.
- Assist with HR audits, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company programs.
Recruiting & Onboarding Support
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
- Manage applicant tracking system activities and candidate records.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
- Support background checks, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding documentation.
- Help ensure a seamless candidate and new hire experience.
Benefits & Payroll Support
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and benefit-related questions.
- Support open enrollment activities and benefits administration.
- Help process employee status changes and maintain accurate HRIS records.
- Assist with payroll preparation, audits, and reporting activities.
- Ensure data accuracy between HR and payroll systems.
HR Operations
- Generate HR reports and metrics as needed.
- Support policy administration and employee communications.
- Assist with training coordination and employee development initiatives.
- Participate in process improvement projects and special HR initiatives.
- Provide administrative support across multiple HR functions.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Recruiting Coordination, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong customer service mindset and employee-first approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices.
