Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Grill Cook to join our culinary team! Monday-Friday 6 am-2:30 pm. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality grilled dishes that delight our guests. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Ensure all food is cooked safely, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting new grilling techniques or recipes to enhance offerings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistency and quality in every dish
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during busy service periods
• Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to uphold hygiene standards at all times

Experience

• Prior experience working in a restaurant or food service environment, preferably with grill or barbecue stations
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
• Familiarity with menu planning, catering, and fine dining service is advantageous
• Skilled in knife handling, meal preparation, and food presentation to ensure high-quality dishes
• Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for culinary arts with a focus on food industry standards and customer satisfaction

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
