Duties
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, fluid replacements, tire rotations, and brake inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform minor mechanical repairs including belt replacements, battery services, and suspension checks with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to identify issues and execute effective solutions.
- Assist with wheel alignments, tire services, and automotive diagnostics to troubleshoot mechanical problems efficiently.
- Support the service team by handling heavy lifting tasks safely and adhering to safety protocols during all maintenance activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while ensuring all service records are accurately documented for each vehicle serviced.
Qualifications
- Prior service technician experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated mechanic experience with a solid understanding of standard passenger car operation and automotive diagnostics.
- Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including brakes, steering, suspension, and tires.
- Experience performing oil changes, fluid replacements, tire services, alignments, and minor mechanical repairs.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is prefered.
