Seeking strong patient service representative to join our Dental practice. Our office is a well established dental practice that participates with multiple dental insurance companies. We are looking for a talented front desk representative to handle checking patients in and out, answer phones, verify insurance coverage and other office duties as assigned. Must be ambitious and able to multitask under pressure.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional service to patients and visitors in a dental office setting.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general information.
- Greet patients and check them in for appointments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary co-pays or payments.
- Assist with patient registration and update patient records as needed.
- Handle patient complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a in a dental office is a MUST.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical/dental terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
