Job Overview:
We are a fiberglass swimming pool construction company looking for an organized and driven Sales/Project Manager. This full-time position involves retail sales and coordinating fiberglass pool installations and repairs, ensuring efficient operations, and delivering top-notch service to our customers. The ideal candidate will work out of our sales office and be required to be on job sites for contract executions, installs, pool school for customers and any issues that arise.
Duties:
- Manage leads/sales from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and purchasing.
- Coordinate with installers to develop project plans and strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including proposals, contracts, plans, permits and reports.
- Foster positive relationships with customers/vendors/employees and address any concerns or issues that arise before, during or after the project.
Requirements:
- Experience in the swimming pool industry, preferably fiberglass, or other similar industry. Training available.
- Fiberglass repair experience a plus. Training available.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a sales and/or construction environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with co-workers, vendors, installers, and homeowners.
- Must be willing to travel to various job sites and be on-site during installations.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
