Experienced Technician to Master Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Technician up to Master Techs to join our automotive service team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire services, and other routine maintenance tasks on customer vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive service. Master techs diagnose and recondition cars for sale and assist in difficult jobs for any and all techs.

```Responsibilities```
- Perform oil changes and filter replacements
- Conduct tire rotations and replacements
- Complete fluid checks and top-ups
- Inspect vehicle components for wear and tear
- Assist with automotive diagnostics
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in performing oil changes and other routine maintenance tasks
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in automotive service
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as required
- Diagnostic and repair of electrical and engine systems
- Experience with tire service is a plus

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3–5 years professional automotive repair experience

- Strong diagnostic capability with modern scan tools and electrical testing equipment

- Deep understanding of engine, transmission, electrical, and fuel system operations

- Ability to independently troubleshoot complex issues and perform high-level repairs
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring physical effort
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Preferred
- Experience reconditioning used vehicles for retail readiness- ASE certifications or manufacturer certifications
- Inspection Permit

Our service department does not upsell, only services our own customers, every customer has a warranty, oil changes are $10, we do not keep a parts department, just the high use items such as bulk fluids, filters, etc.

Reconditioning cars for sale to a high degree, and maintaining good relationships with customers and handling warranty and customer pay repairs are the main duties. We charge parts at cost to customers, and $65 hour labor.

we generally service and sell 4 door sedans, minivans, and some SUV. No CVT transmission, mostly 2012-2018 models that have high dependability and low maintenance costs.
