Paralegals work closely with attorneys and communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and other parties involved in active matters. Familiarity with the Connecticut legal system and a strong commitment to client service are essential.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team.
- Strong client-service orientation and a commitment to providing exceptional client care.
- Prior paralegal or legal experience in a personal injury and/or litigation practice is preferred.
