Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager
- Promote AT&T Fiber internet to Waco homeowners by highlighting its speed, reliability, and ultra‑low latency compared to cable.
- Conduct Home Connectivity Assessments to evaluate household bandwidth needs and recommend the most suitable AT&T Fiber plan, from 300 Mbps to 5‑Gig.
- Oversee the customer acquisition process, ensuring service agreements, activations, and installation details are completed accurately in AT&T’s sales systems.
- Simplify complex fiber‑optic technology concepts, clearly explaining the benefits of symmetrical upload/download speeds for streaming, gaming, and remote work.
- Maintain organized territory records to track engagement, schedule timely follow‑ups, and strengthen long‑term customer relationships.
- Stay informed on network expansion updates, service promotions, and compliance standards, delivering transparent and up‑to‑date information to the community.
Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level Account Manager
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, or Marketing preferred but not required.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or retail, with proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and professionally.
