About the Opportunity:
A well-established player in the manufacturing sector is seeking a driven and experienced Operations Excellence Leader to oversee all plant activities, drive performance, and build a culture of continuous improvement. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on process optimization, quality control, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage plant operations with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.
- Champion manufacturing excellence by mastering production processes and implementing best practices (including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies).
- Develop and track KPIs to measure operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Promote a strong quality mindset throughout the organization.
- Inspire, unite, and energize team members toward achieving plant goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
- Support strategic planning and capacity management aligned with business growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven background in manufacturing, ideally in a high-precision or regulated environment.
- Deep knowledge of electro-mechanical manufacturing processes, production flows, and lean principles.
- Experience implementing and analyzing efficiency metrics.
- Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with integrity, motivate teams, and drive results.
- Proficient in manufacturing software (ERP/MRP systems) and MS Office tools.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
