What You'll Do Launch & Lead
- Play a key role in the startup and development of a new operation, helping establish processes, culture, and operational standards from day one.
- Lead and develop teams while creating a high-performance, accountable work environment.
Drive Results
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators including labor efficiency, productivity, throughput, order fulfillment, and operating costs.
- Utilize data and reporting tools to identify trends and implement operational improvements.
Ensure Quality & Compliance
- Maintain high standards of product quality and operational consistency.
- Partner with Quality and Food Safety teams to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
Champion Continuous Improvement
- Apply Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
- Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
Promote Safety
- Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, and company safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workplace.
What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, food production, or related operations environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing performance metrics and operational data.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- A hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to employee development.
