Controller / Director of Finance - Our team, a confidential consulting legal organization is seeking a Controller / Director of Finance to partner directly with the CFO in driving strategic growth, implementing NetSuite, and supporting expansion through private equity–backed M&A activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted partner to the CFO, providing financial leadership and operational oversight.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of NetSuite ERP to enhance reporting, controls, and scalability.
- Support integration of acquisitions and drive synergies across the organization.
- Oversee accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial planning functions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team aligned with organizational growth objectives.
Qualifications
- CPA designation required.
- Proven expertise with NetSuite ERP implementation and management.
- Strong background in corporate finance, accounting, and operational leadership.
- Experience in private equity–backed environments and M&A integration preferred.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
Compensation & Location
- Competitive base salary: $170,000 – $200,000, plus performance bonus.
- Remote flexibility with required presence in Arlington, VA as needed.
