Due to growth, they are looking to add a Development Manager to their Phoenix office.
NOTE: This is a great opportunity for that outstanding Senior Project Manager currently working for a local general contractor to make the make the switch to the owner/developer arena and have a long-term career with an excellent company.
Desired Skills:
· Minimum 5-7 years' experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction space, ideally working for a highly reputable and respected general contractor.
· 4-year degree in Construction Management/ Building Construction
· Must be team oriented, a relationship builder, and bring an ownership mindset to their work
