We are seeking a motivated and organized Dental Practice Manager to join our growing, modern practice in Rexburg, ID.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the dental practice
- Manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination
- Supervise front office staff and ensure excellent patient experience
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
- Support practice growth through efficient systems and communication
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and office policies
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in dental office required
- Strong knowledge of dental billing, insurance, and scheduling systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
