We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental team. Dental experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who enters the office.
- Greet and check in patients in a warm and courteous manner
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice software
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, insurance, and appointments
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations prior to appointments
- Collect and process payments, copays, and account balances
- Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
