Our prestigious dental office looking for an amazing and motivated dental finacial manager to join our team! Our privately owned dental practice is a PPO and FFS office in the heart of Santa Barbara, minutes away from the beach! We are looking for the needle in the hay stack manager who is customer service and goal driven. We offer competitive pay! The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator, have a comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures, should understand productive doctor and hygiene scheduling, collections, treatment coordination and maintaining business systems. This candidate must have amazing customer service and phone skills. This is not an entry level position and experience in a fast paced office is a must!
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor staff members to help them achieve their career goals
- Able to increase revenue each year & profit; controlling costs to meet monthly goals and budgets
- Partner with Managing Dentist and Associates to promote clinical and administrative leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-6 years of dental treatment coordinating experience
- Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA Compliance Standards
- Advanced knowledge and use of dental terminology
- Able to present and close financial arrangements
- Hands-on experience with computerized billing systems
- Knowledge in finance, human resource management, and principles of business preferred
- Computer literate / Dental software programs
- Bilingual: English & Spanish preferred
