Dental Assistant – Join Our Growing Dental Team
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing dental practice. We’re seeking someone who is confident assisting chairside, enjoys working with patients, and is a strong team player.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the dentist with examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Take dental X-rays as permitted by state regulations
- Set up and break down operatories
- Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection control
- Assist with patient seating, charting, and treatment documentation
- Provide excellent patient care and help patients feel comfortable
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
- Follow OSHA, infection control, and office safety standards
- Work closely with the dentist and dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- Dental Assistant certification and required credentials preferred
- Current X-ray certification preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control
- Experience with dental software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with patients and being part of a team
