This is a face-to-face, customer-facing role where you’ll help individuals understand their service options, answer questions, and ensure a smooth, positive experience.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Speak directly with customers to provide support, answer questions, and explain available services
- Assist with account updates, service changes, and general inquiries
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that fit those needs
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and solution-focused experience
- Work with internal team members to ensure consistent service and support
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Participate in ongoing training to build product knowledge and communication skills
Qualifications for the Customer Support Representative Role:
