Customer Supply Chain Manager | Consumer Goods | $130,000 – $150,000 base benefits
We are seeking a Customer Supply Chain Manager to drive forecast accuracy, S&OP execution, and customer service performance for a fast-growing CPG business. This hands-on role balances strong analytics with commercial awareness, working cross-functionally and directly with key customers.
Key Focus Areas:
- Lead demand planning and local S&OP, delivering accurate forecasts and insights.
- Manage customer service operations, ensuring high service levels and fast issue resolution.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align plans and drive performance.
- Act as the main supply and service contact for North America customers.
Requirements:
- 5 years in demand planning, forecasting, or customer supply chain (CPG).
- Proficiency in ERP/planning systems (Dynamics 365, SAP a plus).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on mindset, comfortable in a lean, fast-paced environment.
