Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across multiple business units and geographic locations
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruiting strategies
- Create compelling job advertisements and recruiting outreach messaging
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent in competitive markets
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, databases, and additional recruiting channels
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain strong communication throughout the hiring process
- Support offer preparation, approvals, and candidate negotiations
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and ensure compliance within the applicant tracking system
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- 3 years of recruiting experience within a multi-location or fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and attract passive candidates
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and searches simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems; Paycor experience is a plus
- Self-directed approach with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
