Position Overview:
The Controller will oversee all accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance for the organization. This role is critical to ensure the financial health and integrity of the company.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to accounting professional for the organization, managing end-to-end accounting functions. Key responsibilities include:
Financial Management & Reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Post journal entries, including accruals, intercompany transactions, and adjustments
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts
- Month-end close and year-end tax preparation in collaboration with the CPA
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Handle full-cycle A/P and A/R, including billing, vendor payments, and collections
- Maintain vendor files and compliance documentation
Payroll Support
- Review payroll for accuracy
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 15 years of accounting experience in an inventory intensive environment
- Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Must pass a background check
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
