Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA designation strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in real estate investment accounting, fund accounting, and/or commercial property operations.
- Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, multi-entity consolidations, and investment waterfall structures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting in a dynamic business environment.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
