This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite, and you will be based within driving distance of the job location. Travel varies by assignment; the details are shared for each project.

The Concrete Foreman leads the crew and executes commercial concrete work according to the plan while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized jobsite. This role ensures daily work is completed accurately, efficiently, and professionally, with direct, honest communication to the Superintendent and alignment with company Core Values. The Foreman is the front-line leader responsible for people, production, cleanliness, and reporting, and for developing the next generation of company craftsmen and leaders. Customers see us through the Foreman and crew, and their work every day is how we build what matters.
Compensation:
Wage Band: $32.18/hr to $46.66/hr • Incentive: 10% • Healthcare: 99% Employer Sponsored • Relocation: Up to $5,000 • Company Vehicle: Provided for company use
