Duties
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing real estate contracts, leases, title documents, and closing statements
- Coordinate due diligence processes such as title searches, survey reviews, and environmental assessments
- Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing status reports, and maintaining detailed records of transactions
- Facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, title companies, and other stakeholders through professional phone etiquette and written correspondence
Requirements
- Proven paralegal experience with a focus on commercial real estate or related legal fields
- Strong knowledge of real estate law including lease agreements, title work, zoning regulations, and land use law
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in proofreading, and data entry tasks
- Strong written communication skills for correspondence
- Exceptional clerical experience including filing, record keeping, and administrative support tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with high-level organizational skills to support administrative functions
