Responsibilities

- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage staff recruitment, supervision, professional development, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and high-performing team.
- Supervise classroom activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and inclusive practices that foster a positive learning environment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with students, parents, community members, and stakeholders through effective communication and public speaking engagements.

Requirements
- Proven experience in education administration or management with a focus on curriculum development and program oversight.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising activities, grant writing, or resource development.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to set goals, develop action plans, and measure outcomes effectively.
- Experience managing budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation within an educational or nonprofit setting.
- Prior senior leadership experience overseeing teams of educators or staff in a supervisory capacity.

- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to represent the center confidently in community forums or stakeholder meetings.
