Brand Ambassador (Part-Time)
We are seeking three enthusiastic, outgoing, and dependable Brand Ambassadors to join our growing team. In this role, you will help build brand awareness, drive sales, and represent our products at retail locations and promotional events.
Each Brand Ambassador will be assigned to one of the following territories:
- Sacramento
- Modesto
- Oakland / San Francisco / Bay Area
You will also represent our brand at various events by setting up, managing, and breaking down our promotional booth while creating an engaging and memorable experience for consumers.
Responsibilities
- Create a fun, welcoming, and engaging experience for customers while promoting brand awareness and increasing sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff.
- Train and mentor store employees on our products and customer service expectations.
- Serve as a positive and professional representative of our company at all times.
- Travel to assigned retail locations and promotional events.
- Set up and tear down tables, canopies, displays, promotional materials, and event equipment.
- Communicate daily with management regarding store visits, sales activity, and any important updates.
- Attend required monthly training meetings.
Qualifications
- Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
- Competitive, ambitious, and sales-driven.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management.
- Reliable with outstanding attendance and punctuality.
- Flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, and occasional weekends.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to travel to retail locations using a company vehicle or your own vehicle, depending on business needs.
- Must be available to work 25 hours per week. This is currently a part-time position.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to set up and break down promotional displays and event equipment.
