Duties

• Process automotive titles, registrations, and related legal documentation accurately and efficiently in accordance with state transportation regulations.
• Manage automotive sales paperwork processing, including title transfers, lien releases, and registration documentation.
• Maintain detailed records of all title transactions using CDK software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless inventory management and proper documentation for each vehicle sale.
• Communicate effectively with clients, dealerships, and government agencies to resolve title issues promptly.
• Conduct data entry tasks related to inventory control, retail sales, and accounting records.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries regarding title status and guiding clients through the paperwork process.
• Assist with outbound sales efforts by supporting dealership staff in client communication and follow-up activities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state laws and regulations governing transportation and vehicle titles.
• Support administrative functions such as cashiering duties, phone etiquette, and organizational tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Experience

• Previous experience in automotive repair or dealership environments is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in automotive sales paperwork processing or title management roles.
• Familiarity with CDK software or similar dealership management systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for data entry and record keeping.
• Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse clients.
• Experience in retail sales, high-end sales, or public speaking can enhance your effectiveness in client interactions.
• Knowledge of state transportation regulations and automotive industry standards is essential.
• Administrative experience that includes inventory management, cashiering, or office organization will support your success in this role.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
