A well-established and growing automotive retail organization in South Central Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Automotive Controller to join our leadership team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and internal controls
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with company policies
- Supervise and develop accounting staff
- Partner with dealership leadership to support operational and financial objectives
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expense management
Qualifications:
- Previous Automotive Controller experience preferred
- Strong understanding of dealership accounting practices and financial reporting
- Must be punctual, dependable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office and Excel experience required
- CDK experience is a plus

Pay: $95,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
