- Coordinate advertising sales efforts by building relationships with referral sources such as healthcare providers, senior organizations, and community partners.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Advertising insights; adjust strategies to maximize engagement and lead conversions.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively across print, digital, and social media channels to ensure optimal ROI.

Experience
- Must have at least 1 year of Assisted Living Sales and Marketing experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and performance marketing within the senior living or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies utilizing platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), WordPress, HTML basics, and Adobe Creative Suite for content development.
- Demonstrated ability in advertising sales or B2B marketing with a focus on building strategic partnerships.
