Full time maintenance technician needed for an apartment community in Roseville.
The ideal candidate is a team player who is willing and able to complete work orders in a timely and professional manner. Prior apartment maintenance experience is highly preferred. Daily tasks may include:
- Grounds cleanup and weeding
- Trash removal
- Apartment turnover
- Basic plumbing and electrical
- Drywall repairs
- Basic carpentry
- Vinyl floor installation
- Snow removal
- Moving appliances or other heavy items
Candidate must have a valid driver license, reliable transportation, the ability to be on call as required, an acceptable background check and own tools.
