We are seeking a detail-oriented, empathetic, and proactive Account Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador of our company– making initial contact with customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and supervising the sales process to ensure each customer walks away with a positive experience. You will build skills in customer service, sales support, and team management to help you be successful in this role.
Responsibilities of a Account Representative:
- Respond to all face to face customer service inquiries promptly and professionally, offering solutions that effectively solve customer issues
- Assist customers with analyzing available options, making recommendations, placing sales orders, and offering ongoing customer service
- Facilitate communication between customers, clients, and the company to ensure all elements of the sales process run smoothly and satisfactorily
- Troubleshoot all issues regarding service coverage, pricing, billing policies, customer service, and technical support on behalf of the customer
- Conduct on the ground research, collecting customer feedback, monitoring competitor activity, and documenting industry trends to identify areas for internal improvement
Qualifications of a Account Representative:
- An associate’s degree or equivalent, preferred
- Previous experience in account management, sales and/or customer service, preferred
- Patient, empathetic individuals able to resolve conflicts effectively
- Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
- Adaptable individuals able to work effectively under varying circumstances
Account Representative Position Overview:
- Employment Type: This is a full-time employee position
- Compensation: an average of $120-160 per new customer enrolled; on average, each associate will complete a minimum of 2-3 new customer enrollments per day
- Hours: This is a full-time position (40 hours guaranteed/week)
- Location: This position will be based out of our office and an assigned territory to cover
- Clients & Products: We work with AT&T customers, promoting and signing up new customers for their services (including their Internet Services and premier Wireless Products).

Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,800.00 per month
