We help safeguard nuclear energy facilities nationwide by verifying & obtaining information used in federally regulated background investigations for Unescorted Access Authorization (UAA). Accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality are critical in this work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional phone interviews to collect critical background data.
- Accurately document findings, research discrepancies, and follow up on incomplete information per strict nuclear guidelines.
- Manage heavy workloads under tight deadlines while safeguarding confidential data.
- Collaborate with teammates, cross-train for diverse roles, assisting as needed.
- Available to work mandatory overtime, evenings, and weekends – as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Pass criminal check & background investigation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated & positive attitude; embracing teamwork and flexibility.
- Legible handwriting, basic computer skills, and secure data handling skills.
- Reliable attendance and willing to work evenings/weekends – as required.
Nice to have:
- Prior call center, collections, customer service, or administrative experience.
- Bilingual skills are a plus (e.g., Spanish/English).
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and noisy environment.
