Salem, OR | $60,000–$65,000 Quarterly Bonus
A growing full-service concept recognized as one of the most promising restaurant brands expanding across the West Coast is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager / Assistant General Manager in Salem, Oregon. This high-volume location features an extensive selection of unique craft cocktails and a diverse menu of elevated entrees designed to satisfy a wide range of guests in Oregon’s capital city.
The Restaurant Manager (AGM) oversees all front-of-house daily operations. Responsibilities include delivering consistently high-quality guest service, training and developing team members, executing the Daily Manager Agenda, managing FOH scheduling within budget, and supporting timely planning and execution of marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear fast-track path to General Manager.
Compensation and Benefits

Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of current Restaurant Manager experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant (over $2 million in annual sales)
- Stable work history
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and build community rapport
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly team members
- Proven proficiency with financials, including P&Ls, inventory, and food/labor cost control
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
