Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support to external integration partners and API developers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high‑pressure environments, excels at debugging complex API issues, and can coordinate cross‑functional projects across engineering, product, and partner teams.You will serve as the primary technical escalation point for VIP partners, manage high‑priority incidents under SLA, and ensure seamless integration experiences across the platform. This position requires strong engineering fundamentals, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple urgent priorities.Remote | No Visa Sponsorship Contract Duration: 6 months | W2Work Schedule: 5AM–2PM PT (with one-week per month on‑call)Please Note: East Coast candidates preferred for shift alignment.Responsibilities:Support API developers building integrations with the platform.Analyze JSON/XML payloads, logs, and REST API traffic to identify root causes.Troubleshoot and debug API, SSO, MDM, and web service issues across multiple environments.Provide senior‑level technical support to external partners integrating with the platform.Drive high‑priority incident resolution within SLA, including after‑hours on‑call rotation.Collaborate with engineering teams to reproduce issues, drive bug fixes, and validate solutions.Manage cross‑company technical projects, including partner onboarding, API changes, and integration updates.Serve as the technical liaison between partners, engineering, customer success, and product teams.Create and improve internal processes, documentation, and partner support workflows.Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.Qualifications/Must Haves:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands‑on experience.5 years supporting customers or partners in a complex SaaS or software environment.Experience coding/debugging in at least two of these areas: Java, JavaScript/Node.js, Python, C#, Kotlin or Swift.Strong experience with: REST API development & troubleshooting, JSON, XML, and related data formats, SSO, MDM, and web service protocols.Proven ability to manage high‑priority incidents under SLA time constraints.Demonstrated experience driving bug fixes from debug engineering partner delivery.Experience coordinating cross‑functional projects across multiple teams or companies.Ability to create, implement, and follow technical processes and procedures.Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.Ability to work the required shift (5AM–2PM PT) and participate in monthly on‑call rotation.Preferred Skills:Experience in FinTech or financial servicesFamiliarity with accounting platforms such as: Intacct, QuickBooks Online, NetSuite or Xero.Experience supporting API developers or partner integrations in a SaaS environment.
Salary : $140,000 - $200,000
