In this role, you'll support personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring accurate policy servicing, compliance, and delivering outstanding client experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment.Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records within the agency management system.Submit new business and renewal applications for carrier quotes.Handle premium invoicing, payment reminders, and billing follow-ups.Review policy documents and applications for accuracy and completeness.Issue ID cards, certificates of insurance, and evidence of property insurance.Build trusted client relationships through proactive, high-quality personal lines service.Complete service-related tasks promptly, accurately, and in compliance with agency standards.Process service requests include policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.Qualifications:Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.High school diploma or equivalent (required)1-2 years of personal lines insurance experience.Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (required)Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.Experience with Nexsure or similar agency management systems a plus.Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)Perks:Competitive compensation package.Commitment to diversity and inclusion.Supportive, community focused team culture.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
