Our client is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support 3rd shift operations. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency.Onsite | No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation AssistanceWork Schedule: Sun-Thurs, 11PM-7AM | 3rd Shift (Training on 1st or split 1st/2nd shift)Location: On-site in Devens, MA (near Ayer/Littleton)Responsibilities:Follow OSHA, electrical, and company safety standards.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime.Read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics and technical drawings.Support fabrication, welding, plumbing, and general facility maintenance.Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to support plant operations.Maintain accurate maintenance logs and complete monthly safety training.Install, modify, and service electrical wiring, conduits, motors, and control systems.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production machinery.Qualifications/Must Haves:Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Ability to read schematics and diagnose issues independently.Familiarity with industrial computer systems and networked equipment.5 years of industrial maintenance experience OR technical school training hands-on experience.Experience with AC/DC motor controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC interfaces.Preferred Skills:Welding, fabrication, or machining skills.Corrugated, packaging, or high-volume manufacturing environment.Experience with corrugators, die cutters, conveyors, or similar machinery.Benefits & Perks:Medical, dental, life, STD/LTD401(k) with company matchOptional supplemental insuranceCompetitive compensation shift differentialTuition reimbursement & scholarship opportunitiesMonthly Teamshare bonus program (up to 15% additional income)
