Our client is seeking a hands-on Electronics Technician to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you'll assemble, test, and troubleshoot electrical assemblies and components used in aerospace grade electronic systems. You'll work independently while collaborating closely with a small, supportive technical team to ensure quality, precision, and reliability in every build.Visa Sponsorship: Not eligibleRelocation Assistance: NoWork Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM-3PMResponsibilities:Assemble & Terminate: Build cable and wire harness configurations for electronic test equipment.Integrate Components: Install and integrate electronic subassemblies following detailed work instructions.Execute Precision Work: Perform crimping, stripping, connector assembly, and light mechanical integration using standard tools.Test & Verify: Conduct electrical testing, continuity checks, and basic calibration using digital multimeters.Troubleshoot: Diagnose and resolve issues to confirm proper functionality and meet quality specifications.Collaborate: Operate independently while contributing to a highly supportive team environment.Maintain Standards: Keep a safety focused, organized workspace and adhere to production documentation requirements.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED.Proficiency in crimping, wire stripping, and connector assembly using standard tools.Handson experience with digital multimeters for continuity, resistance, and electrical measurements.Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, part numbers, and kit-based documentation accurately.3 years of experience with complex electrical systems, cable assemblies, or wiring harnesses.Preferred Skills:IPC-A-610 training or certification.Soldering experience (through-hole or connector work)Familiarity with oscilloscopes or other electronic test equipment.Experience supporting calibration, verification, or test of electronic assemblies.Benefits & Perks:Paid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchOpportunities for professional growth and advancementComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
