Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all service areas, including nightclubs, restaurants, and resort facilities.
- Oversee event planning and management, ensuring seamless execution of large-scale functions, parties, and special occasions.
- Supervise shift operations, managing staff schedules, cash handling procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement training programs focused on customer service excellence, guest engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor guest feedback through surveys and direct interactions; proactively address concerns to enhance satisfaction levels.
- Prepare detailed reports on operational performance, guest satisfaction metrics, and staff productivity for senior leadership review.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and special offerings that attract new guests while maintaining high retention rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in events management, or hospitality roles within a Skilled Nursing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a history of supervising teams, managing shifts, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Strong background in customer service with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Experience in report writing to track operational metrics and improve service delivery strategies.
- Knowledge of safety protocols within a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care setting.
- Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred; familiarity with managing events is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to lead by example in fast-paced environments. Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
