Currently seeking a full time and permanent Registered Nurse to treat in specific zip codes in the Kent County, DE (Dover, Smyrna and Frederica primarily) for a well established, non-profit and medicare certified home health agency. RN will be responsible for conducting patient admissions, following through with plan of care, providing wound care, and other nursing care as needed.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with flexible hours, plus one weekend required per month.
Compensation and Benefits for Registered Nurse:
- Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $40.00 - $55.50 per hour (depending on years of experience and qualifications) plus additional per diem rates for any overtime visits completed!

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:
- Conduct 5-6 in-home visits per day for adult and geriatric medicare patients living across the Kent County, DE Areas (Primarily Smyrna, Dover, and Frederica)
- Large organization with a very consistent census, ability to keep RNs in more specific territories due to their size!
Requirements of the Registered Nurse:
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience working with the geriatric patient population and wound care is required
- BSN is preferred, but not required
