What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at Confidential Law Firm?
Walker Allen is a civil litigation defense firm with offices in Charleston, Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, and Goldsboro. We are seeking a lawyer with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience to join our growing Charlotte office.
The ideal candidate will have experience in some or all facets of litigation, and trial experience is preferable. Excellent organizational, analytical, and writing skills are required.
Candidate must be licensed in North Carolina, a dual license in South Carolina is an added plus!
This position will require frequent travel for client meetings, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial.
