As a senior member of the team, you will take ownership of advisor‑focused searches, drive sourcing strategy, and play a key role in expanding our national advisor footprint.
What You'll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate focused on Financial Advisor recruiting, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting experienced financial advisors and advisory teams across the country. You will leverage deep industry knowledge, competitive research, and proactive sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of advisors aligned with our culture, values, and growth objectives. Your work will directly support the firm’s expansion strategy and strengthen our advisor community.
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for financial advisors, advisory teams, and other wealth‑management professionals across the U.S.
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies tailored to the advisor market, including competitive intelligence, market mapping, networking, and targeted outreach
- Build and maintain deep pipelines of passive advisor talent, with a focus on long‑term relationship‑building and strategic engagement
- Partner closely with Advisor Growth, Business Development, and senior leadership to understand ideal advisor profiles, market opportunities, and growth priorities
- Conduct thorough assessments of advisor backgrounds, including book of business, client segmentation, investment philosophy, and cultural alignment
- Manage confidential conversations with high‑value advisor prospects while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, and follow‑up conversations between advisor candidates and internal stakeholders
- Track advisor movement, industry trends, and competitive activity to inform sourcing strategy and market positioning
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within the applicant tracking system
- Represent our value proposition to advisors in a compelling, credible, and relationship‑driven manner
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance sourcing efficiency, advisor engagement, and overall recruitment outcomes
What You’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- 7 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record identifying, engaging, and converting passive financial advisor talent
- Deep expertise using sourcing platforms, Boolean search strategies, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to uncover high‑caliber advisors in a saturated market
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of advisor searches simultaneously while navigating shifting business priorities and tight timelines
- Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, hiring leaders, and advisor candidates at all levels
- High degree of professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive candidate information and market insights
- Strong commitment to delivering a white‑glove candidate experience and continuously elevating the advisor hiring process through data, feedback, and best practices
