We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing who can operate at both the strategic executive level and hands-on brand execution level, with deep experience in multi-unit restaurant marketing, guest acquisition, and revenue-driven campaigns.
THE ROLE
The VP of Marketing will own the entire marketing ecosystem across all brands, including national and local store marketing, digital performance, loyalty, brand storytelling, and promotional strategy.
This leader will partner closely with the CEO, COO, and operations teams to ensure marketing is directly tied to:
- Guest traffic growth
- Same-store sales increases
- Brand differentiation across multiple concepts
- New restaurant openings and market launches
- Digital and loyalty-driven revenue streams
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Multi-Brand Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the marketing strategy across multiple restaurant concepts with distinct brand identities
- Build scalable frameworks for brand positioning, messaging, and guest engagement
- Align marketing strategy with operations, culinary, and finance leadership
Revenue-Driving Marketing Execution
- Own KPIs tied to traffic, check average, frequency, and sales growth
- Design and execute integrated campaigns that drive measurable ROI
- Lead promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations
Digital, Loyalty & Performance Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing including paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM, and social
- Build and optimize loyalty programs and guest retention strategies
- Drive data-driven decision-making using guest analytics and attribution models
Local Store Marketing (LSM)
- Develop scalable LSM programs across all restaurant locations
- Partner with operators to execute grassroots marketing, community engagement, and local partnerships
- Ensure consistent brand execution across all markets
New Store Openings & Growth
- Lead marketing strategy for new store openings and market expansion
- Build launch playbooks that drive immediate awareness and traffic
- Coordinate PR, influencer, and community activation strategies
Leadership & Team Development
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team (brand, digital, creative, field marketing)
- Manage external agency partners and vendor relationships
- Establish reporting systems, KPIs, and performance dashboards
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit retail
- Proven experience leading multi-brand or multi-concept portfolios
- Strong background in performance marketing brand building
- Experience driving measurable sales growth in high-volume environments
- Deep understanding of guest behavior, loyalty, and frequency drivers
- Strong leadership presence with executive-level communication skills
- Experience with fast-paced, high-growth restaurant groups or franchised systems
