Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Infrastructure Management
- Lead daily IT operations across multiple sites within the assigned country.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of local IT infrastructure and services.
- Lead end-user support activities, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Serve as an escalation point for critical IT incidents and operational issues.
- Implement and maintain processes for monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement of IT services.
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, standards, and best practices.
- Partner with site leadership to identify and address technology-related business needs.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and develop the local IT operations team, providing coaching, guidance, and professional development.
- Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to implement technology initiatives and operational improvements.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to align IT services with operational priorities.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Security & Compliance

- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations management.
- 1–3 years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience within an IT environment.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and end-user support.
- Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Experience monitoring service performance and managing operational KPIs.
