Position Summ
aryThe Contracts & Billing Administrator plays a critical role in supporting contract administration and billing operations for commercial projects. This position is responsible for ensuring contract documentation is accurate, billing is processed efficiently, and customer requirements are met throughout the project lifecyc
le.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working cross-functionally to support both internal teams and external clients. Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and ERP systems such as Navision or JD Edwards is highly valu
ed.

- nes.Process customer invoicing, including standard, drop-ship, and AIA bill
- ing.Ensure invoices comply with contractual agreements and client expectati
- ons.Maintain billing and contract data within ERP systems and perform reconciliati
- ons.Generate reports and assist with data analysis as nee
- ded.Utilize Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to manage vendor compliance and contract activ

Qualifica
- tions2 years of experience in contracts administration, billing, project accounting, or a related f
- ield.Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) prefe
- rred.Experience in the construction or construction services industry is a
- plus.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly E
- xcel.Experience with ERP systems such as Navision is prefe
