Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
Develop and execute regional sales strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and
market expansion.
Identify emerging business opportunities across retail, foodservice, wholesale, and
distribution channels.
Analyze market dynamics, customer trends, and competitive activity to support strategic
decision-making.
Deliver accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
Customer Growth & Partnership Management
Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and
strategic partners.
Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering solutions that support customer growth and
operational success.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, logistics, finance, and
marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
Drive customer retention, account expansion, and strategic business reviews.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales talent across assigned territories.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous

Support talent development and succession planning initiatives within the commercial

Business Development & Market Expansion

Financial & Operational Performance
Manage sales plans, budgets, and profitability objectives to maximize return on
investment.
Monitor key performance indicators and business metrics to drive operational excellence.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align inventory planning, sourcing strategies, and
customer demand forecasts.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, or a related field
preferred.
Experience
7 years of progressive sales experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food
distribution, grocery, protein, retail, foodservice, or related industries.
Prior sales leadership, district management, or regional account management experience
strongly preferred.
Proven success managing strategic customer relationships and delivering measurable
revenue growth.
Experience working with large retail, distribution, or foodservice customers is highly
desirable.
Procurement, sourcing, category management, or supply chain exposure is a plus.
