Our client is seeking a Administrative Coordinator to support their growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in supporting revenue-driving teams behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with senior sales leadership, assist with day-to-day execution, and help ensure a smooth and professional experience for prospective partners. The position is hybrid and based in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities Include:
- Sales Process Support: Assist the sales teams with administrative and operational tasks throughout the sales lifecycle, from initial outreach through proposal coordination.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep CRM records current and accurate by logging leads, notes, communications, and deal stages to support pipeline visibility and reporting.
- Prospect Research: Conduct background research on potential partners and brands, including category positioning, ecommerce footprint, and market presence.
- Sales Content Preparation: Help organize, update, and customize sales presentations, case studies, and introductory materials. Support proposal preparation and follow-up documentation as needed.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and help coordinate next steps to ensure timely follow-through across active opportunities.
- Inbound Lead Support: Track inbound inquiries and support prompt responses and handoffs within the sales team.
- Brand Consistency: Assist in maintaining a consistent, professional tone and presentation across all sales communications and materials.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years of experience in sales support, administrative coordination, project coordination, or a similar role supporting client-facing or revenue teams.
- Tools & Systems: Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems; familiarity with prospecting or lead-generation tools is a plus.
- Organization & Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished approach.
- Research Skills: Ability to gather, assess, and summarize information efficiently.
