We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to join our leadership team at our skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about quality care, staff development, infection prevention, and regulatory excellence.
Position Summary:
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical operations of the facility, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct all nursing services within the facility
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Lead QAPI initiatives and drive quality improvement outcomes
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor management
Mentor, coach, and develop nursing leadership and staff
Monitor clinical documentation and care plan implementation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident care
Support survey readiness and maintain survey compliance
Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing
Previous experience as a DON or ADON in a skilled nursing facility preferred
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey process
Experience managing clinical teams and driving quality metrics
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to foster a positive and accountable team environment
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
