Seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our skilled nursing facility in and around Westland, MI. This role is the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, and is essential to maintaining a positive and organized front office environment.
Position SummaryThe Receptionist is responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner.
ResponsibilitiesGreet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
Maintain sign-in/sign-out logs for visitors and vendors
Provide general administrative support, including filing and data entry
Communicate messages clearly and timely to appropriate departments
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and facility policies
Support office operations as assigned by facility leadership
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong computer and basic office technology skills
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
