Physical Therapist (PT) Float - Skilled Nursing Facilities

Coverage Area: Within 40 Miles of Harrisburg, PA

Compensation: Up to $60/hr Tax-Free Monthly Travel Stipend Mileage Reimbursement

We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) Float to provide coverage across our in-house Skilled Nursing Facility therapy programs throughout the Harrisburg region.

This position covers planned vacations, leaves of absence, and other staffing needs at facilities within a 40-mile radius of Harrisburg, PA. Assignments are scheduled in advance whenever possible, providing greater predictability and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

• Complete timely and accurate documentation

• Travel to assigned facilities within the coverage area

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current Pennsylvania PT license (or eligible for licensure)

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• SNF experience preferred but not required
