Well established Electrical Contractor looking to further grow sales seeks Project Manager.
We are looking for a customer oriented, profit driven, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our team and push sales and profits higher. Qualified applicant should have experience in Multi-family, hotel, assisted living, and Student housing projects. The right individual will have experience in managing multiple projects at one time. Estimating and sales experience preferred. Our project managers take projects from gear, lighting, and commodities buyout, to day to day job operations, to monthly billing in coordination with Accounting dept, to project closeout. Must be willing and able to travel. In some cases, overnight stays will be required. We offer performance based bonuses that could place the right candidate well above $200K/ year.
Experience: 4 years project management experience in relevant field or BS in construction management
Electrical experience: 10 years total with minimum of 4 years multifamily experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
