Sales Manager – Mobile Dentistry Partnerships

We are now seeking a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our new client development strategy and lead the growth of our internal sales team.
Role Overview
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business development by establishing and nurturing partnerships with businesses, property management companies, HR departments, and organizations seeking to offer on-site dental care to their employees, tenants, or clients. These clients view mobile dental days as a wellness benefit, a tenant perk, or a high-impact community amenity.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Develop and execute a strategy to identify and close new B2B partnerships for dental day services
- Prospect, qualify, and engage leads across industries (e.g., corporate offices, residential communities, schools, and large organizations)
- Customize proposals and negotiate partnership terms to fit each business or organization’s needs
- Clearly articulate the value of PopUp Smiles' services as a modern, on-site wellness and accessibility solution
- Track pipeline, performance, and conversion metrics in CRM systems to ensure transparency and accuracy
Reporting & Strategic Collaboration
- Analyze sales data and market feedback to inform leadership decisions and optimize go-to-market strategies
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal velocity
- Work closely with operations, marketing, clinical, and client success teams to ensure a smooth transition from signed partner to service delivery
- Stay on top of trends in mobile services, employee benefits, and wellness offerings to sharpen positioning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B or service-based models, ideally dental related, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven success developing new business and building long-term client relationships
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), and a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel regionally or nationally (up to 40%) to meet with partners and attend events as needed
